To be polite I could say that some of us have this bad habit. Likely most of us. However, I would bet, in truth, that all of us, at least at one point or another, are guilty of this. From the moment I started my real estate career I wanted to learn as much as I could as fast as I could. Like most, I didn’t like being the inexperienced newbie (especially at middle-age).
